DAY 01: CAJAMARCA IN | CITY TOUR – MIRADOR SANTA APOLONIA
AM Assistance at the Airport / Terrestrial Terminal for the transfer to the chosen hotel, free morning for acclimatization and rest.
16: 00hrs The tour begins at the Plaza de Armas, on whose perimeter the Cathedral stands out, with its main altar made entirely of gold leaf; and the Church of San Francisco that houses the Chapel of the Virgen de los Dolores and a museum of religious art. The tour also includes a visit to the Rescue Room, a space with great historical content. A block away, you can appreciate the beauty of the Monumental Complex Bethlehem, in whose facilities operates the Archaeological, Ethnographic and Medical Museum of the National Institute of Culture – INC. It ends with the ascent to the natural viewpoint Colina Santa Apolonia, perfect point to get a panoramic view of the valley and the city of Cajamarca. (Pedestrian route).

Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 02: CUMBEMAYO | COLPA
09: 30hrs 20 km route southwest of the city, a stop is made at the Mirador de Bella Vista, appreciating the entire city of Cajamarca, continuing until reaching Cumbemayo with a height of 3500 meters above sea level. It highlights in the place enormous forests of amazing and monumental rocky formations known as Cumbemayo , as well as an aqueduct or canal carved on live rock by the Cajamarca Culture and that evidences a high knowledge and development of this culture that evolved between 200 BC and 1300 AD. Return to the hotel.
15: 30hrs Visit to the former Hacienda Collpa to observe the call and milking of the cows, and taste dairy products. The next stop is Llacanora (depending on the season), a small town from where you can walk to a charming waterfall of the same name. The tour ends with the panoramic view of Baños del Inca Complex with its pools and perolites , whose waters that emerge at 71 ° C, have therapeutic and medicinal properties.
Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 03: PORCON | OTUZCO
09: 30hrs 30 Km. From Cajamarca, it is the ideal excursion to enjoy nature and know the ways of life and customs of the locals. The first stop is in Huambocancha , a small town of craftsmen who specialize in carving marmol stone. Long before arriving at the village of Porcón you can already see the huge reforested areas of pines that add up to ten thousand hectares in total, and belong to the Atahualpa Jerusalem Agrarian Cooperative. Arrived at the Porcon Farm you can visit a small zoo and appreciate various activities such as weaving workshops, making dairy products, afforestation, among others. At La Granja you can enjoy a delicious typical lunch (on behalf of the passenger and prior coordination with the guide – Not available in high season). Return to the city.
15: 30hrs Located 7.5 km northeast of Cajamarca is the Funicular Complex of Otuzco, a group of niches on a rocky outcrop known as Ventanillas, up to 7 m. of depth. From here you can also see the green valley that dominates these places. This tour complements perfectly with the visit to the Hacienda Tres Molinos; the garden of hydrangeas, where you can buy some crafts; and the Los Alpes farm, where you can taste and buy dairy products. Return to the Hotel.
DAY 04: CAJAMARCA OUT
Timely, transfer to the airport / station for the return to the city of origin.
